Don't use tobacco. Smoking has been linked to various types of cancer — including cancer of the lung, mouth, throat, larynx, pancreas, bladder, cervix and kidney. Chewing tobacco has been linked to cancer of the oral cavity and pancreas.
This is a statement which needs to be interpreted carefully. There are many reasons leading to more number of cancer cases
Duodenum starts where stomach ends. It is first part of the small intestine and ends in jejunum. The draining channel to drain bile from liver also ends in duodenum - called as common bile duct.

Yes males can also have breast cancer. The incidence is far less than females. So over all it is very rare. Less than 1% of all breast cancer cases occur in men.
